innocent acquaintance

This is one shot that I took in November 2012 while me and my family was meeting my aunt over at SM MoA. The moment was so random and unexpected but the shot turned out to be fine(or cute) for me. However, it is only now that I was able to give it a title/caption - thus the title. The kid on the right is my niece, and I have no idea whose kid the one on the left is.

I confess. I haven't had much of the time and energy to sort my old photos. Luckily, yesterday's rain affected me quite oddly. I decided to sort some old photos and found these. These are just so random that I don't know anything else to say. >.<

Fact: I am a scorpio. Fact: I am born on the same date that Ms. Vilma Santos - Recto was born Fact: I used to tell some of my friends that I think I was meant to become a celebrity one day because I share the same birthday as the Philippines' Star for all Seasons. Anyways, this year was a bit more special for me as I celebrated my birthday - rather a bit lavishly though not everyone was present - with the family. First stop. Thanksgiving. I insisted that we drop by a chapel in tagaytay and, since I was the one behind the wheel, we did. And then,  Second Stop. Food trip. we went to Nuvali for a simple, hassle-free feast. After the meal, we decided to go around and see what new things where to see. We hopped on the electric shuttle-thing(I forgot the correct term, haha). ********* I think one of the best things that happened to me last November was that I was able to travel and visit Davao City and General Santos. The adventure of two bears

This will be my latest post. After so many months of not having been able to post anything, I finally found time and inspiration. I saw a friend of mine - one who goes by the twitter name @elyzabear - during Manila FAME. She asked, nay begged, me to go with her to the RX booth last friday. Unfortunately, we were not able to push through because she was not able to get a copy of the TMR Book. Nonetheless, we decided to push through today and it was a good call for our part.  There we were at the 17th floor of Strata 2000 and, having passed through the famed manong guards with relative ease, we braced ourselves for whatever will happen. We got shy as we walked towards the booth. And why not? We were starstruck seeing Chico and Delle. More so, we were also starstruck when we finally saw the people behind the names we hear on The Morning Rush.  It was nice meeting everyone.  Of course, though shy, we did have our photo op with Chico, Delle, and the other Rush...

seeing stars

idle moments and an desire to make/do stuff with recyclables result to wonderful little things. used paper turn into notepads and, as you can see here, stars!

mobile 2

These are photos taken using my mobile phone in the past few months. The first photo is the MoA eye (if I'm not mistaken with the term) and the second is a rose which I saw on the sidewalk vendor near the office.

Borrowed time

The past few weeks have been simply too demanding that I wasn't able to give more time to photography. Still, there were days when I was able to take a snapshot or two. Indeed, a way will reveal itself if you have the right amount of desire and will to pursue something - then again, that phrase was too melodramatic, don't you think?  Last weekend, there was was an opportunity for me to take photos but that will be the story for another post. In the meantime, here are more random shots. Enjoy!

This year's Visita Iglesia has got to be the longest. It spanned 3 days even though we only went to seven churches within Cavite. We stopped by 1 church on Holy Wednesday, visited 2 more churches on Maundy Thursday, and went to 5 more churches on Good Friday. It was a more laid back one but spiritual nonetheless. And since I was the designated driver, it was a challenge to take photos in a very short span of time. Then again, taking photos is not the primary goal in this activity so its all good. Oh, I almost forgot. This year is the first time we went to a place called Tierra de Maria. A little place  somewhere near DAP-Tagaytay and Picnic Grove. Its a little place where a spiritual healer does healing sessions(not sure of the term and I forgot the name of the healer, sorry).
